When you are way too busy working on your web site or developing your web applications, you hardly ever have time to keep track of what is going on with your Virtual Private Server – whether it is overloaded or if all the services are running okay. With our Managed Services deal, we’ll take care of this for you. Your Virtual Private Server will be included in a custom–built server monitoring software system and every time there’s a sign of a trouble, our system administrators will be notified instantaneously.

Weekly Backups

Backing up a VPS Server is not the easiest process on earth. You will either need to use some other server or your home PC, or, alternatively depend on some third–party tool. Our company offers a much simpler solution with our Managed Services package. We’ll create a complete backup copy of your Virtual Private Server each week, so you never need to fear permanently losing any important data. Plus, we can recover a backup copy really fast. All our backups are placed on a special machine with a RAID hard drive array, so if anything happens to your data, we’ve got your back.

Installation & Troubleshooting

While a Virtual Private Server offers you an almost endless number of options, you will sometimes have to install additional software packages. And that’s where our Installation & Troubleshooting solution can help you out. It is an integral part of our Managed Services package, which allows you to ask any of our trained system administrators to install and configure any kind of software app and to resolve any trouble you may have with the VPS server.

The Managed Services deal comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. It’s an extra for our KVM VPS Servers.
